Dena is a native of Lancaster, SC, just south of Charlotte. After graduating from the University of SC, Dena began her career in real estate in Columbia SC, where she worked for a national home builder for 2 years. Dena returned to the Charlotte area in 2009 and resides in the Ballantyne area. During her time at RE/MAX, Dena has developed a diverse portfolio as a broker - working with both buyers and sellers, and gaining experience in all areas of the residential real estate market, including new construction, relocation, first-time homebuyers, luxury golf & lake properties, short sales & foreclosed properties, active adult communities, and more.
